Our approach
Our first step was to sit down with them and really understand what our client wanted both visually and practically speaking. Textures, colours, materials, space planning/flow and of course budget all had to be well explored before we could start to put a mood board together with the client. This was crucial so we could all be on the same page and make the project as smooth as possible for all involved.
Like in most projects, changes can happen at any time, which they did on this project a number of times. However, changes can be good, as long as they are for the right reasons. This is why we always make ourselves flexible for instances like this, but at the same time we challenge where necessary to make sure it’s the right change for the right reason, so that it won’t be regretted at a later date and of course doesn’t have a detrimental affect on the client’s budget. This case was no different, and the changes were all positive to the end result.
